1. The goods we sell are valuable and vulnerable so must always be signed for; they cannot be left in the garden or garage in the absence of a signature.
2. The packaging must be examined for damage in transit and if there is any this must be noted at time of signature and reported to us.
3. If you have instructed that they be left with a neighbour the packaging must still be checked for damage and signed for.
4. Almost all courier companies are unable to give a delivery time and we cannot always guarantee a specific day.
5. Non-delivery results in delay, frustration and increases the risk for damage.
